(executive) coaching
You want a coach. To say so out loud is an important step!
There may be various reasons to want a coach. Maybe you’re working in a (team)dynamics you want to understand better, to improve your efficacy as a manager. Perhaps you are smart and usually encounter the world by ratio, yet you feel sometimes a bit stuck in emotions. Possibly you long for an experienced and firm sparring partner because your organisational role is solitary.
Whatever your question may be, you’ve decided you want a change. Welcome!
As a coach I listen, pose questions, support you by finding out what patterns need adaptation. I invite you to experiment new behaviour. Also I share my experiences in relationally working with you. In this manner you deepen your self awareness and knowledge of yourself, your freedom to act and your (professional) quality.
Getting acquainted
Most important in coaching is the relationship between client and coach. Especially the appreciation of the coach by the client is the determining factor for success. It is therefor worthwhile to take time to get acquainted. We can do so live or by Skype or FaceTime. This first meeting is for free.
Three-cornered-conversation
Coaching in the professional context usually means that the employer pays the costs. In this case it is useful for al three parties (client, employer, coach) to be clear about focus, way of working and results of the coaching. A coaching agreement like this therefore starts and is evaluated in a three-cornered-conversation. This three cornered conversation is live or on Skype or FaceTime. The coaching sessions themselves are (and will stay!) confidential.
My work experience and education you’ll find in my CV. Some information on the theoretical model, which underpins my working with you, is here: Transactional Analysis.
